For years I lived with many autoimmune issues, mold exposure, and anxiety. I went from one appointment to the next and tried plan after plan, but nothing seemed to reach the real problem. The hardest part was not the symptoms. It was feeling unheard.

Everything changed when I learned to look for the root. I spent years studying functional health, especially how the gut and the nervous system shape the way we feel. My background in data science helped me read my own labs as one connected story instead of scattered numbers. Over time, friends with unexplained symptoms of their own started asking for help. Walking with them taught me that people rarely need just a protocol. They need someone who will listen, look deeper, and stay.

My faith in Jesus is the foundation of this work. I believe every person is created with purpose and designed by God for wholeness. True health reaches body, mind, and spirit. In early 2026, the Lord met me in prayer beautifully. As I drew close to the Lord, He made His direction clear. Hamayim starts with trust in my Heavenly Father and not a plan of my own. He has shaped my heart to care for those suffering and compassionately love. Faith is never a requirement to work with me. Everyone is welcome here, exactly as they are.

Hamayim comes from the second verse of the Bible. Genesis 1:2 describes the world before creation as formless and empty, with darkness over the face of the deep. Yet even there, the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. In Hebrew, the deep is tehom and the waters are hamayim. What began in chaos became the very place where God spoke light, order, and life. That is my story. God met me in the deep and brought life out of it. Hamayim Health exists to walk with others through their own chaos, trusting that the same God still brings life out of the deep.
